November 11 – Consolidation of Operations
Relocation to North Carolina
Effective January 1, 2022, Equitech is consolidating its headquarters with the manufacturing location in Indian Trail (Charlotte). Equitech and its subsidiary CompSOL will be hosted under the same roof.
September 14 – Another Step on the Road to Compliance
Majority Shareholders Approve Stock Option Plan
Effective September 14, 2021, the holders of a majority of the company’s outstanding common stock have approved the company’s 2021 Stock Option Plan and the reservation of 620,000 shares of the company’s common stock for issuance pursuant to the Plan.

May 18 – Reverse Split Executed
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) reported today that it has received the necessary documentation to announce the 100:1 reverse split of Equitech common shares as reported on November 14, 2020, and approved by the shareholders of the company.
May 2 – Equitech in the Pharmaceutical Industry
As reported by the European Journal of Pharmaceutics and Biopharmaceutics Equitech’s In-line UV-Vis technology was used as a Process Analytical Technology (PAT) tool to monitor process stability and product conversion during a pharma Hot Melt Extrusion (HME) by members of Professor Mohammed Maniruzzaman’s research team at the College of Pharmacy at the University of Texas at Austin. April 30 – Relocation to Charlotte Completed
Equitech has completed the relocation of its production facilities to Charlotte, NC. where it will share offices with CompSOL USA and M&M Technology. A dedicated room for the production of fiber-optic probes is under construction.

February 15 – Strategic Alliance Agreement
Equitech has entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement with the Bridge Investor Group (BIG), a conglomerate in North Carolina with interests in several high-tech companies.
Under the terms of the agreement, Equitech will acquire immediate manufacturing and research capabilities in optical and electronics engineering, software development and small electro-optical subassemblies.
Equitech will relocate to Charlotte where it will share facilities with the BIG companies beginning March 1, 2021.

Equitech Int’l Corporation (the “Company”) hereby gives notice that it requested the conversion of all of the Company’s issued and outstanding shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock into common stock. Letters were sent to all Preferred Shareholders on October 15, 2020.

November 14 – Reverse Split Announcement
The Board of Directors of Equitech Int’l Corporation authorized, subject to shareholder approval, a 100 to 1 reverse split of Equitech’s common shares. In addition, the Board also authorized, subject to shareholder approval, a 10 to 1 reduction of Equitech’s authorized common shares. Letters are being sent to shareholders of record requesting their vote on this matter. Voting closes on December 15, 2020.

July 20 – New Strategic Alliance
Equitech has entered into a strategic alliance with CompSOL USA, Optoniks, and the M&M Technology family of companies. This alliance brings Equitech new resources in optical/electronic engineering, and high level software development.
