Jeff West

Jeff West is one of four principal owners of Apex Engineering. 

Jeff has worked in compounding automation for 30 years and has managed Apex Control Specialists (ACS) for the last 23 years. 

He has managed global projects and developed software for modular extrusion systems, holding several patents in this field. Jeff is also actively involved in the development of Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) solutions for extrusion and the implementation of Apex Smart Extrusion.

Fred N. Bosilevac, Jr.

Mr. Fred Bosilevac is a member of Equitech’s Board of Advisory.

As an attorney, Fred has specialized in corporate and personal taxation, employee benefits, and mortgage foreclosure. His professional background extends into business, where he has gained significant experience in investment banking, health insurance, and commercial banking.

Fred’s tenure on Equitech’s Board from 1999 to 2007 has provided him with invaluable insight and experience in the company’s operations.

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas (1972), a J.D. from Washburn Law School (1975), and an L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of Missouri at Kansas City Law School (1979).
